I have been trying to eat more fruits and vegetables, along with eliminating most dairy products, so when I searched for a smoothie recipe to try, this looked like it was a good fit, even though pineapple is not one of my favorite fruits. When I made it, I doubled the recipe to have enough servings for all of us, and cut back on the sugar (used 3 tablespoons), but I think next time I would eliminate the sugar completely. I really liked the blend of the pineapple, banana and raspberry flavors.

Wow! These smoothies taste awesome! Instead of a rich dessert, my family and I enjoy these fruit filled smoothies.
