Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cold milk
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 can (5-1/2 ounces) unsweetened pineapple chunks, undrained
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.

    So refreshing and delicious! I used pineapple juice in place of the milk. It tasted like a pineapple flavored creamsicle, with a hint of spice.
