This is very good! With all of that cream, how could it not be! I used ground sausage because I didn't realize until after I made this, that the photo shows link sausage. Nonetheless, it is very tasty. My sauce was a bit too runny, so I did a shaker of milk and flour to thicken it up. Also, don't skimp on the spices as you want a very bold sauce that gets weakened as soon as you toss it with the bland pasta. Bold sauce+bland pasta=perfect balance. I will make this again and again!
