I had no peppers on hand and decided to leave out the celery too. Instead of finely chopping onion, I used 2 tsp. of dried minced onion which I reconsituted in hot water first. I made this into a log rather than a ball, and I toasted the nuts before chopping. It came out excellent and I am sure to be making this again and again as it is so festive for holiday time.

Wow. This is easy and so good, a real crowd pleaser. I made it for superbowl, only 6 of us, and we ate the whole thing! Even my husband who is not a fan of gorgonzola, loved this cheeseball. The cranberries balance the gorgonzola perfectly. I will make this again and again. Delicious!

This was fantastic and couldn't be any easier. I would definitely make it again and this time I might add a tiny tiny bit of finely minced jalapeno, but just as the recipe is...if SUPERB!!

Delicious and very festive. I found all flavors to be equally balanced. Didn't change one thing. Will definitely make again.

Made it the way the recipe said. The celery was just too much. It took over the taste. I will definitely make it again, but without the celery the next time
