Creamy Radish Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped radishes
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Rye crackers

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine the radishes, sour cream, onions and salt. Serve on crackers. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.

Nutritional Facts 1/4 cup (calculated without crackers) equals 33 calories, 2 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 7 mg cholesterol, 219 mg sodium, 3 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 2 g protein.

It had no flavor. I actually went back on line to make sure that I hadn't forgotten an ingredient. Too bland for my tastes.

I made this regularly last summer, and it never lasted long. It keeps well for a day or two, and I just kept on making more! I love most anything on rye crackers, and this is a perfect match.

Figured since i had the ingredients on hand, why not try this? I halved the recipe just in case i didn't like it. No problem! Tasty and different. Refreshing spring dip.
