Basic butter is fine for everyday dining. But when I want to serve guests something a little nicer, I reach for this Parmesan butter.
Total TimePrep/Total Time: 10 min.
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in the refrigerator.
