Ingredients

  • 1 large egg, room temperature, beaten
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup oat bran
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Roll level tablespoons into balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets; flatten with a fork.
  2. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
