This sherbet is delicious. I increased the juice to 2 cups, the sugar to 2/3 cup and the cream to 2 cups. This was just so it made a bit more at one time in my ice cream freezer. I have also made it with 5% light cream with good results if you're looking to cut a bit of fat!
can u make it without an ice cream maker?
