I have a question about this recipe. I am guessing that once the 1/4 c. of sauce is reserved, the remaining sauce is used as a marinade? Or is it a basting sauce. The directions on how to use the sauce are unclear. It sounds amazing and I suppose I can try it both ways, but am one of those folks who likes to do something right the first time! Thank you!
This steak was absolutley amazing! I will say it is better than steak at a sit down restruant! The glaze definitley makes it. It was just the right amount of sweetness and in my opinion made the steak even juicier. It is a must try!
