I substitute the onion for onion powder. The grandkids don't like the pieces of onions in the meatballs so I used the powder instead. They still taste great.
Best meatball recipe I've made so far. Delicious and easy! Family loved them.
The sauce was tasty, I didn't think it would make enough to cover all the meatballs, but it did. I liked the method for cooking the meatballs on a rack in the oven, will definitely be using this trick in the future.
This recipe I have had for years it is excellent never any leftovers....very simple!
