Barbecue Hot Wings:
Bake chicken wings as directed. Heat barbecue sauce with 1 tablespoon butter and 1 teaspoon each celery seed and hot pepper sauce; toss with cooked wings. Orange-Soy Chicken Wings:
Marinate chicken overnight with 3/4 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup orange juice and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Drain, discarding marinade. Bake as directed in a foil-lined pan, turning occasionally. Peachy Chicken Wings:
Marinate chicken overnight with 1/3 cup each soy sauce and peach preserves, 5 teaspoons lemon juice and 3/4 teaspoon each ground ginger and minced garlic. Transfer chicken mixture to baking dish and bake as directed.
