Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Place the asparagus on an ungreased baking sheet. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; turn to coat. Bake at 425° for 10-15 minutes or until tender.

    The asparagus turned out tasty and tender! After removing it from the over, I drizzled some melted butter on top and added a dash of garlic salt. My whole family, including the kids, thought this recipe was delicious.

    Too easy! :) This was just what I was looking for - a simple & quick roasted asparagus recipe. I added my own preferred seasonings (Mixed-Up Salt, pepper, some onion powder, a little garlic powder) & it was perfect.

    I cut the asparagus into 1" pieces, seasoned with seasoned salt and lemon pepper and cooked at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Turned out very good.

    These were very tasty. I amped up the flavor a bit by substituting the salt with my garlic/sea salt mixture. I have made these numerous times because it is so simple and quick to prepare yet makes a beautiful presentation on the table.

    Quick, easy, and super delicious!!! This is my favorite way to eat asparagus. If you like firmer stalks, cut roasting time slightly based on the thickness of stalks.
