I don't know what went wrong here, but these were so oily and beyond overdone, it was disgusting. First, I know my oven runs a tad hot, so I always compensate by lowering the temp a bit. I've never had a problem with that before and did it with this recipe. So the issue wasn't my oven. Second, my asparagus wasn't too thin. It was medium thickness. So it wasn't due to thin asparagus. I had it in for maybe 15 minutes when I took it out to stir and noticed they were almost mushy! WAY overcooked! What happened?!? I also noticed when preparing it that it seemed like a lot of oil but just went with it, trusting the recipe... bad idea. WAY TOO MUCH OIL. There was so much oil it actually gave me a bad stomach ache. The lemon seasoning, shredded Parmesan and salt (which I cut down to 1/8tsp) were very delicious, and I think if the oil and the time in the oven were tweaked, this could be a great recipe. But as is... this is horrible. I don't know why it went so wrong for me but went correctly for everyone else.

My son asked if we could have asparagus this way every time. Not sure there is more to say! Except I adjusted the cooking time because my asparagus was thin rather than thick. I also added more Parmesan when it came out of the oven. Definitely a keeper.*Volunteer Field Editor

This was delicious. Easy to put together and great as a side dish for almost anything! I'm going to try it in a grill basket this summer. When I was putting it together, I realized I was out of lemon pepper seasoning, so just substituted a little fresh lemon juice, pinch of kosher salt and freshly ground pepper. I will definitely make this again - and make sure I have the lemon pepper next time!

Super easy, came together with no muss or fuss. LOVED how simple it was, my 12 year old made it with almost no supervision! A keeper for us, definitely!

This recipe is a winner. It is so easy to prepare and can be roasting while you fix the rest of the dinner. I made no changes to the recipe. Absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this recipe.Volunteer Field Editor

I made this last night and it was gone in no time. We loved the addition of the lemon pepper seasoning! I will be making this often!
