"Great flavor and easy to make."
"Winner ! I made up just 1/2 of this recipe and had quite a bit left over. I used some of it tostuff a jalapeno pepper with. Hubby really enjoyed this lightened up version. The last little bitI used to stuff celery. One recipe served 3 ways and everyone was wonderful. Ranch dressing mix can be on the salty side so I would suggest seasoning as you go along. The taste is even better the next day. I used a light beer and could not detect it at all. Great for entertaining.Taste of Home Volunteer Field Editor"

"Super easy but way too salty - I would only use half a package of seasoning or add another brick of cream cheese if I were to make this again."
"easy and it taste great"
"I've made this for a few years now. It is always asked for during football season. The kids love it as much as my hubby does. The beer certainly affects the taste. Use something you love to drink."
"We love this dip...even leftover it's still great! I sprinkle crumbled bacon on top & serve with Scoops or pretzels. So simple & always a hit!!"
"Make this for our Christmas with family on New Years Day. It was wonderful and the recipe makes a lot with few ingredients. Just what I like."
"Everyone loves this. The only down side, you have to eat it all, the leftovers are not good, as the beer goes stale. But it is so good, it shouldn't be a problem eating it all!"
