  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice
  • 2 tablespoons milk (can be nondairy)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup

Step 1: Prep your waffle iron

Preheat your waffle iron to a medium high heat. Spray the waffle iron with cooking spray.

Step 2: Combine your ingredients

In a large bowl, mix all of the dry and wet ingredients together and blend well.
