Ingredients

  • 2 slices cinnamon bread
  • 2 tablespoons Nutella
  • 1/2 graham cracker, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon miniature marshmallows

Nutritional Facts

1 sandwich equals 407 calories, 16 g fat (3 g saturated fat), trace cholesterol, 294 mg sodium, 59 g carbohydrate, 5 g fiber, 9 g protein.

Directions

  1. Place one slice of bread in a greased sandwich iron. Spread with Nutella; sprinkle with cracker crumbs and marshmallows. Top with remaining bread slice. Close iron.
  2. Cook over a hot campfire for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally. Yield: 1 serving.
