Ingredients

  • 2 slices cinnamon bread
  • 2 tablespoons Nutella
  • 1/2 graham cracker, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon miniature marshmallows

1 sandwich: 407 calories, 16g fat (3g saturated fat), trace cholesterol, 294mg sodium, 59g carbohydrate (32g sugars, 5g fiber), 9g protein

Directions

  1. Place one slice of bread in a greased sandwich iron. Spread with Nutella; sprinkle with cracker crumbs and marshmallows. Top with remaining bread slice. Close iron.
  2. Cook over a hot campfire for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally. Yield: 1 serving.
