Ingredients

  • 4 cups mango nectar
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 bottle (1 liter) club soda, chilled
  • Lime slices, optional

3/4 cup equals 58 calories, trace fat (0 saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 19 mg sodium, 14 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, trace protein. Diabetic Exchange: 1 fruit.

Directions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the nectar and juices. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Just before serving, stir in club soda. Serve in champagne flutes or wine glasses. Garnish with lime slices if desired. Yield: 13 servings (2-1/2 quarts).
