I try to get as many fruits and veggies into our menus as possible. A smoothie is a great way to load up on nutrients. This banana one is a favorite! —Tiffany Van Zee, Pella, Iowa

Ingredients

  • 2 medium bananas, peeled and quartered
  • 1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until blended. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
