- 1-1/2 cups shredded Chinese or napa cabbage
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- In a small skillet, saute the cabbage, celery and onion in oil for 4-5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Yield: 2 servings.

Next time I make this I will add more cabbage. It really cooked down and I think it could use more. Otherwise it was very nice.
