Loved it and I wouldn't change a thing. My DH raved about this one and I'll be making it for the kids when they visit.

The meat was okay, gravy tasted like burned cheese.

This recipe was simple, delicious, and very versatile. The ingredients were normal things I would have on hand which made it economical to fix. I was able to put it in the crockpot and forget about it. With the leftovers, I shredded the roast and mixed half with our favorite barbeque sauce and made sandwiches. With the other half, I added a little broth, sliced carrots, bell peppers, and onions, sauteed and served like carnitas on tortillas. Will definitely make again!

This was the best pork loin I have ever made. Usually is dry but I had this over done and was still tender and moist and the gravy was great on the roast. My 90 year old friend had no troble eating it. Loved it.

We used less honey because it was all we had and filled in with water. It still had plenty of flavor. I'm glad we took the time to make the gravy. The smell of parmesan in the house as it cooked was a nice bonus.

So good and so easy to prepare. The whole family really like it, even my picky 17 yr old grandson. Lots of flavor and the leftovers make a great sandwich the next day.
