Tasteless and mushy. I threw it out.

The meat was so soft it felt like you were eating mush. I did everything by the recipe I guess I needed more meat although I had 3 lbs.

I followed this recipe to a "T," and found it to be, without a doubt, the WORST possible excuse for a burger! The consistency was more like a meatloaf, however, my meatloaves are far superior to this! There really was no flavor and it wouldn't hold together. The texture was mushy. It was a waste of ingredients, time and effort. Real disappointment!

It sounded okay until you got to the catsup. Why ruin good food recipes with catsup?

this isn't a burger! its a meatloaf!

To Emmy25. The entire point of th erecipe review is to express what you thought of the recipe. It would not be much of a review if everyone felt the exact same way. It is an opinion. I think evarogers22's entry was not rude-just expressing her thoughts which may well differ from yours but doesn't make it wrong.

Excellent burger. A nice delicious twist on a traditional burger. I love variety when it comes to grilling out!

I only wish I could give star ratings to rude reviewers, such as Evarogers...

This was the type of burger I grew up with and I was a teenager before I actually had a real burger...

good burger when put all together. While cooking the burgers fell apart. Would make again.

These burgers had a great flavor. You do have to really form the patties, grease the grill and carefully turn them during cooking.
