This has become a staple in our house! LOVE the flavors and how easy it is!!! I often add diced green, yellow and red peppers, too. Yum!

This is a winner and deserves its 5-star rating. Like a previous reviewer, I was skeptical about the topping but it turned out great. My family loved it as well!

Great all-around. I even doubted the topping, but boy was I mistaken! Delicious and easy. I even threw in a chopped sweet potato that needed to be used, and it went great. I love recipes you can add pretty much anything you have on hand to and it still works.

Oh my gosh! This was so good! I was worried it would be too juicy but it wasn't at all . . . just right. The corn bread puffed up and it was absolutely wonderful! Next time I'll be sure and have fresh cilantro. I know we will be making this again. Thanks for the great recipe.

This one got a thumbs' up from the kids and the adults in our house. There is a bit of a kick to it, but even my youngest ate it without complaining. I especially loved it with the fresh cilantro and sour cream on the side!

My Husband loved this meal! He ate more than he should have?My two and four year old boys thought it was a little spicy, but a little sour cream helped cool it down for them!
