Maple-Glazed Sausages Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) brown-and-serve sausage links
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  • In a large skillet, cook sausage links until browned; drain. Combine syrup, brown sugar and cinnamon; stir into skillet. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until sausages are glazed. Yield: 6-8 servings.

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (2 each) equals 269 calories, 11 g fat (4 g saturated fat), 18 mg cholesterol, 279 mg sodium, 41 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 4 g protein.
