These are absolutely delicious! My friend who is this tiny thing ate nearly three chops! and her baby was trying to get mine off my plate. Good baked too if you don't feel like taking the snow off the bbq.

I think I served with a side of taziki sauce and roasted potatoes.

Delicious! My husband grilled the pork tonight and it came out tender and juicy. The flavor was excellent. Definitely a keeper!

Good, but I prefer a marinade made with soy sauce (just a personal preference). Thanks!

These pork chops are fantastic! I myself am not a fan of pork chops, but these certainly changed my mind! So easy to prepare and so moist and delicious! I also used rather thin chops, but as stated above, they were perfect, not dry in any way...highly recommend this recipe!!!!!

These pork chops are wonderful ! I'll be making these again & again !

My husband rated these "celebration-worthy." They are fantastic, and the recipe is so easy. Will definitely make over and over again. I used thinner pork chops than the recipe called for. They cooked quickly and remained much juicer than thin pork chops normally do. Wonderful recipe.
