Light and fresh. When I served it at a party, there was nothing left. On my Do Again list.

A really delicious change from tomato based salsas; the citrus juices really added sparkle. I added more jalapeno and a little cayenne. Great as a light dressing on a green salad!

This was a very good alternative to tomato based salsa. I added some hot sauce to add a bit of heat to it.

very good. Would definitely make this again. I served with pita chips instead of tortilla chips.

Love this recipe! Such an awesome combo of cool summer veggies with hot and spicy salsa ingredients. I regularly make salsa so I like it spicy! :) I added an extra jalapeno and garlic and substituted cayenne for the cumin cuz I don't like the flavor of cumin. It was a HUGE hit with all who tried. Definetly recommend

It was so delish! Everyone wanted the recipe. I have made over and over again. Perfect!

I made this for my parents and it was a big hit. I mixed all except the sour cream and ate it with chips. Then I drained it very well and added sour cream to a portion of the cucumber mixture. It was a big hit both ways. I added more onion, garlic, and salt for a little more kick in flavor.

This was a different twist on traditional salsa and went over well with the crowd I made it for. Very refreshing and was great with the scoop chips!

Could not imagine eating this with chips like a salsa, but it was an excellent topping for fish tacos! The only thing I changed was to add a little extra cilantro (about 2 T total).

This is a decent recipe, but I'm not a fan of how green the cilantro made it taste. I added some pepper sauce, and would add a little more red onion. It's good, but I wouldn't say it's fantastic.
