- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 jar (16 ounces) salsa
- 1 can (15 ounces) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (5-1/2 ounces) tomato juice
- Kerrygold Shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green peppers, sour cream and thinly sliced green onions, optional
- In a large saucepan, cook the beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the salsa, beans and tomato juice; heat through. Serve with the cheese, peppers, sour cream and onions if desired.

DH made this recipe for our Sunday supper. I served it with a healthy corn casserole that had no sugar in it. It is easy to make and very tasty. Will be on our keeper list for quick

When its cold out this is my go to Chili. Idouble the recipe & make it with ground turkey instead of ground beef. I use black beans instead. Its true what the other person said all the flavors are in the salsa.

Great taste, and easy to make! It has an easy clean-up, and any salsa works. You don't need to add spices, they're already in the salsa.
