Give the cod an Asian twist with a quick side that has a hint of heat. We loved this recipe with its bright, crisp-tender snow peas and carrots, but you could easily substitute any veggies you have on hand. —Anne Smithson, Cary, North Carolina

This dish tastes great and is super easy to make! I was easily able to subsitute some of the veggies for the ones I already had in my kitchen! I also added strips of cooked chicken breast to the dish (yum). I'll definitely make this one again!

This recipe was delicious! Hubby and 3 kids gobbled it up. We served this with the Asian Ribs (also a Taste of Home recipe) and it made a great meal!

This dish is so delicious and uber easy to make! The first time I made it my family went wild for it. Now I make it every Sunday and we eat off it all week long. Try it, you will absolutely love it!

This was so good! I used regular soy sauce, not low sodium and it was a little salty but we didn't mind. I did not have carrots so I sliced up brussel sprouts and added 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger. Yummy!

Great, simple side. Most difficult thing to do was shredding the carrots.
