Easy Asian Beef and Noodles

Great meal with a few tweaks! I added garlic, hoisin sauce & sriracha.
Made as written which wasn’t bad but was definitely missing something. It’s a great baseline recipe to make your own adjustments. Next time I’ll add a little less slaw (OR skip pasta and use whole amount if watching carbs), use fresh ginger, garlic, and maybe some scallions. This was very easy and quick to make.
This was pretty good, but both my husband and I felt that it needed "something". Maybe garlic, ginger, a few drops of Sriracha? Fish sauce? All of the above? I will experiment.
