I love how crunchy almonds and sweet mustard sauce jazz up this tender pork dish. Usually, I double the recipe. One chop is never enough for my gang of grown children and grandkids.

Oh my cow, this is a new favorite! I never really liked pork chops until now. The sauce is absolutely amazing too and I plan to use it for other dishes as well. I am sending this recipe to all my friends and family!

This is now my absolute most favorite meal! WOW! The honey-mustard glaze was also nice on the carrots I served as a side dish.
