Strawberry Feta Tossed Salad

A neighbor served this wonderful salad at a summer barbecue. I've since experimented with many ingredient combinations, but this one draws the most compliments. I took it to a baby shower, and not a seed was left in the bowl. -Lisa Lesinski-Topp Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin

WONDERFUL - I'm sitting here with all the ingredients already here, just didn't think of putting the strawberries and baby lettuce mix together- was thinking only spinach went with strawberries. You broke me out of my box! Delicious - everyone loved it! Yippee - a variation for the Spring! Thank you! Teresa

We enjoyed this very summery salad! I added some minced fresh dill for some additional flavor and next time I will add some scallion or sweet onion because we enjoy the taste. Used white balsamic vinegar dressing. All was good!

Made this for a Mothers Day potluck today and the bowl came back CLEAN. We left out nuts or seeds because of the wide range of ages at the party -- and we used seasoned feta cheese crumbles. What a wonderful combination of tastes. Will definitely make this again while the strawberries are in season!
