I'm not sure how they will taste -- but they are now in the oven with parchment paper covering the pan! I did not think done enough after 30 minutes so adding another 5 and will put the pans on racks to cool!
Have made these several times now and they were a huge hit. Tried to change my rating to 5 stars but couldn't figure out how to do it. Great recipe!!

These were a hit, and I was asked for the recipe. I used only cashews, and Pumpkin Pie Spice from World Market, which is different from the grocery store spice.I believe that any nut, or any spice that you like would work just fine.
I made these nuts as a Christmas Present for my family and they loved them so much that they asked for the recipe. Highly recommended!!
