In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Crumble turkey and pork over mixture and mix well.
Shape into eighteen 2-in. patties. In a large skillet, cook patties over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 165°. Drain on paper towels.

I had never tried mixing up my own sausage seasoning before. So glad I tried this recipe, it’s a keeper that will make a repeat at our table. I used all pork this first time, because that was what I had on hand.. Surprisingly they were not that greasy. The spices were very subtle, Ioved it.
