Ingredients
- 7 medium potatoes, unpeeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°. Place potatoes in a greased 11x7-in. baking dish; dot with butter. Cover and bake until tender, 60-65 minutes.
- Combine sour cream and salad dressing mix; spoon over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted, 5-10 minutes.
