Quick and Easy Peanut Butter Fudge
Total TimePrep: 10 min. Cook 10 min. + cooling
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 5 large marshmallows
- 1 jar (12 ounces) creamy peanut butter
- In a heavy 2-qt. saucepan, combine the sugars, milk and marshmallows. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and marshmallows melt. Remove from the heat; stir in peanut butter. Pour into a buttered 8-in. square dish. Cool. When firm, cut into squares.

This fudge is so easy to make and taste so good. Took it to our Christmas meal and it was gone before we sat down to eat. Next time I need to at least double the recipe. I would give it a 10 if it was on here.

Came together so quickly, and turned out delicious! I like a little texture, so I used chunky pb. I liked that I didn't need a candy thermometer & already had all of the ingredients on hand. This will be a go to recipe for sure!

Made this recipe over and over for bazaars and bake sales. It is the best and quick too,

I've made this recipe over 4 times, on the last making I reduced both sugars to 3/ 4 cup each & left the rest of the ingreds. the same & it came out great...Had more of a peanut butter taste...(used a heaping 1 1/2 cup of peanut butter)

Very good, easy to make..Next time will try using half & half for the milk. I used a heaping 1& 1/2 cup of peanut butter..Was amazed how fast cooking went even on medium heat! Will be making again soon.

Finally!!!I have been trying to find a good Peanut Butter Fudge recipe off and on for years!The results have been - too dry, too sweet, blah, broke a wooden spoon trying to get it out of the pan, etc., etc.!! But, I knew there had to be a 'good' one somewhere!Eureka - I found it!!Quick - Easy - Smooth - Creamy - Fantastic - Enjoyed by all!!I did use 1/2 and 1/2 instead of milk.Next time I will use dark brown sugar to see if it turns out more like the color of the photo.I enjoyed seeing 'real' smiles on faces this year instead of 'fake' ones in past years when I tried to 'force feed other PB fudge'!!!10 stars if I could!!

Instead of creamy I used crunchy peanut butter for more texture. Turned out great, and only took 5 minutes!

This is the easiest fudge I've ever made! And it's so delicious! I just made it last weekend and I plan on making it again this weekend for a potluck. I just love quick, easy recipes like this one!
