Easy and flavorful - says it all! Followed the recipe except made a flour and broth roux instead of cornstarch (personal preference). Next time, and there will be a next time, I'll make 3 or 4 chicken breasts with a lot more sauce. And thanks for the picture and rice side suggestion - I did the same and had just bought a salad mix. Super meal!
