No-Bake Cookie Butter Blossoms

- 1 cup Biscoff creamy cookie spread
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 3 cups Rice Krispies
- 32 milk chocolate kisses
- In a large saucepan, combine cookie spread and corn syrup. Cook and stir over low heat until blended. Remove from heat; stir in Rice Krispies until coated. Shape level tablespoons of mixture into balls; place onto waxed paper. Immediately press a kiss into center of each cookie. Let stand until set.

Made these today. They are very rich, but oh so delicious. I don't think they need the chocolate kiss on top. The next time I make them, I will put the completed mixture into an 8x10 pan and cut them into squares, like you do for traditional rice krispies treats.

I followed it as written but found it difficult to stir the cookie spread and corn syrup after it heated up a minute or two. Took it off heat and added RK and followed the instructions for shaping and adding Hershey Kiss. I was worried I somehow messed up the recipe and after that first bite, I happily realized it was all good. Very rich but absolutely fabulous!!
