Mock Champagne Punch

Of all the punch recipes I've tried, I keep coming back to this one. It's so easy to keep the ingredients in the refrigerator and mix as much as needed.—Betty B. Claycomb, Alverton, Pennsylvania

A delicious, easy punch to make. And easy to put together during a busy reception, baby shower or party. A great punch for any kind of gathering.

Have been using this recipe since it premiered in Taste of Home in 1998. Weddings, baby showers, party's, holidays. I can't tell you how many times I have use this recipe to great reviews. It always tastes as good as it looks from adding strawberries to raspberries, rose petals, frozen grapes, floating ice ring made with the above mentioned as not to water down the punch. Serve it in a crystal punch bowel for added beauty. I have even made mock mimosas with this for a champagne brunch.

This recipe was good, but I didn't think it was the best I have ever tasted. Certainly just my opinion - try it yourself.

We go to bridal shows over the winter and we make this punch to showcase our champagne fountain - everyone who tries it just loves it - it's alway a hit !

I have used this recipe for my daughter's wedding, numerous bridal showers and family gatherings. My niece is using it in a fountain for her wedding! So elegant yet so easy to make!
