- 3 cups vanilla ice cream, softened if necessary
- 18 miniature meringue cookies
- 6 cups cold pink lemonade
- Place 1/2 cup ice cream and three cookies in each of six tall glasses. Top with lemonade. Serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings.
