Store didn't have instant espresso so I used a single-serving packet of Folgers black silk coffee (for a halved recipe size). Smoothie was a little more liquidy than I'd like but that should be easy to fix. Really delicious. Almost has a peanut butter after taste.

Does anyone know where you can buy instant espresso powder? When I looked at the grocery and Walmart all I seen was instant coffee. I have an espresso machine, so when I made this I used strong espresso (liquid form), instead of instant espresso powder. It was wonderful tasting! :-)
