In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean, about 20 to 25 minutes. (They’ll keep cooking a bit after they’re removed from the heat.) Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm.
