Deli Sandwich Spread

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons honey Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon minced chives
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

    I mixed up about half of this recipe to try. I wanted something more interesting than just mayo or mustard for sandwiches this week. I used the ingredients listed, but eyeballed amounts (keeping in mind the ratios). It’s a hit! I might try it as a dip for some veggies as well. Thanks for helping us jazz up lunch!
