I can never get enough of these baked fries! Even though my grocery store sells them in the frozen foods section, I still love to pull them out of my garden and chop them up fresh! —Amber Massey, Argyle, Texas

"Keeper, keeper...! I used a white and an orange sweet potato for this recipe. I used smoked paprika instead of sweet out of personal preference. Using the two cookie sheets kept the fries spread out so they got nice and crunchy. I lined the sheets with non-stick foil for very easy clean up."

"Baked Sweet Potato fries are the best. This is very similar to my own recipe. I don't peel the potatoes , just scrub them well. I also add onion powder to the other spices. I use EVOO instead of canola oil."

"Trying to review this again. Baked Sweet Potato fries are the best. This is very similar to my own recipe, except I also add onion powder to the spice mixture and I use EVOO instead of canola oil."
