I make mine with simple syrup by mixing the water and sugar in a pan, bring to a boil and stir until sugar is dissolved. Then cool before mixing with juices. It makes for a smother drink. Try it.

This is the recipe I use. My kids call it Mom's Famous Lemonade! I don't use the fruit for garnish so I only use 4 of each (Sometimes 3 of each because the fruit is kinda big) and if I want to cut back on time or the cost I will use a little frozen orange juice concentrate instead of juicing the oranges. Sorry, I don't have a measured amount of OJ mix to give, I just add and taste.

This was a great lemonade! I made with 1 1/2 cups sugar and it was plenty sweet. I added some sliced strawberries for color. It was beautiful in my glass pitcher. I am making this again for my next get together. Has anyone tried it with Stevia???? I think I will try it and see how it taste.

refreshing and easy, but i don't care for the oranges - too sweet. i think less sugar would have helped.
