Summer Strawberry Soup Recipe
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 pounds fresh strawberries, halved (8 cups)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Additional vanilla yogurt and fresh mint leaves, optional
- In a blender, combine the yogurt, orange juice, strawberries and sugar in batches; cover and process until blended. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Garnish with additional yogurt and mint leaves if desired. Yield: 6 servings.

Fantastic!! So easy to make, I used strawberry yogurt, and did a little less sugar than it called for. Just my preference-you do whatever YOU want. Shared some with friends, and they asked for the recipe, so I just rattled it off the top of my head since it was that easy to make! You'll love it! If there's any left (which I doubt there will be), I'm going to freeze into popsicle molds
I used this recipe on tv for a cooking segment because it is so easy and delicious! I love that it can be prepared as is; or that it can be done as "skinny soup" with reduced fat yogurt and sweetener. Either way, my daughter, my worst critic deemed it awesome!

My family loved this -especially my kids! We had more than we could eat at one meal, so we froze the remaining soup into popsicle molds. They are awesome -and healthy because I didn't use any sugar and also used Light and Fit Yogurt. Yum!
This sounds great but a friend of mine is alergic to strawberries. Would it work just as well with raspberries?
