- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon-mayonnaise blend
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 1 bunch romaine, torn
- Salad croutons and additional grated Parmesan cheese, optional
- In a small bowl, whisk the first seven ingredients. Place romaine in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. Serve with salad croutons and additional cheese if desired. Yield: 8 servings.

"very happy with the taste ease combo! since this is supposed to be easy, some tips for noobs: do not substitute "Dijon-mayonnaise blend" with pure dijon -- that would be too much dijon. i tried. also, a garlic clove is not an entire garlic bulb/head - it's just one of the pieces."

"i liked the recipe but here is what it was missing for me: Red Wine Vinegar and a dash or Worsteshire sauce as well as some fresh cracked black pepper. i omitted the milk and dressed the salad & tossed before serving, i thought that made it pretty darn delicious!"
