Me and the hubby take these with us everytime we go to a bbq and they are always a huge hit. We have used under-ripe peaches and over-ripe peaches and they always turn out perfectly!

I bought what I thought were three ripe peaches - got them home and they were mushy and pithy, and were mangled by the time I got them off the pit. I made them anyway since just for my family. They turned out delicious! Added a little cool whip on top.

Excellent receipe. I have grilled peaches along with other fruit before adding honey, and marscpone cheese. I will try this recipe with the dame but it is great as is.

I love grilled peaches, and plums, too! I now have a new grill favorite! I usually just mix a little balsamic vinegar and honey and brush this on as they grill, but I like this done in foil with the berries.

I just tried grilling peaches for the 1st time and didn't do anything except put it right on the grate. I did sprinkle a little cinnamon and a dab of butter in the middle after they were done. They were great. I will try this out and use Splenda for the sugar. I'm sure it will be a wonderful dessert!

The butter, berries and sugar make this syrupy, yummy lick-the-plate-good sauce. It's great as is, but could also be served with vanilla ice cream!
