Found them a bit bland, although much better with salsa. Next time I will definitely not butter them but spray the pan with butter-flavoured Pam. Has potential.

Very good! Next time I'm gonna try it with chicken or beef.

Made these for a church potluck last night. Almost every single person there asked me for the recipe. Delicious!

These were awesome! I used spray-on butter and fat-free cream cheese (just because I had them on hand) - the quesadillas were easy to make and to flip. Very delicious. Can't wait to finish off the left-overs tonight!

Delicious and easy. I used butter-flavoured Pam spray rather than butter on the outside of the tortillas as it was less messy and quicker to do them that way...

I made this for dinner tonight and it was absolutely delicious and plan to make it again.

Trying to cut back the calories a bit, I made this with reduced fat cheeses, and omitted the butter. Still delicious, and the tortillas still browned and got slightly crispy. Incredible taste! I think the cream cheese makes the difference. Will try with chicken next time, and maybe some jalapeno.

Yummy! Something about the cream cheese! Have made a bunch of times and added chicken etc. But last time instead of plain butter, I used the garlic butter I had already mixed up from making stuffed breadsticks. It wasnt half bad!
