This was very good. We added extra pepper flakes for even more zip. The sauce was good over rice also.

I was worried that there would be too much heat in the sauce, but it was perfectly seasoned! The chops were very tender, and my husband has already requested that I make it again. I did add a can of mushrooms with the onions.
