Being a widow who likes to cook big meals, I frequently invite family and friends for dinner. On busy days, I rely on this easy recipe, which I got from a dear friend. It's hearty and satisfying and always gets raves. -Joan MacKinnon, Brooklyn, Nova Scotia

These pork chops were good but they didn't have enough seasoning. Next time instead of adding the spices to the flour dredge, I'm going to add them to the sauce and see if that makes it better.

This is so easy and just simply delicous. I love the sauce and so did my entire family! We paired it with cheesy scalloped potatoes and I even put some of the sauce on the potatoes because I loved it so much. They were nice and moist too. I will make this again for sure.

I've been making this recipe since the first time I saw it, and it's become a family favorite. The flour/seasoning mix makes enough for 2 batches, so I divide it before dredging the pork chops, and just freeze it until next time.

The whole family liked this. The pork was very moist. Easy recipe that we will have again.

This has become a family all-time favorite. It's easy and delicious. I also make it in the crock pot instead of baking it and it works out just as well--cook on low 8 hours. When I put the flour and seasonings together for the dredging step, I double or triple the recipe, and only take the flour out that I need. The rest I save in baggies for the next time I make the dish.

This takes a little time to make but the wait is worth it. This has alot of spices but it is not hot at all, so don't be scared off by the name. My is not a fan of pork and she said she would eat these again.
