This is a great addition to plain rice. As the previous reviewer suggested, I used less than called for for 1 cup rice (I used 1 1/2 tablespoons of mix). I have also used this to flavor bread crumbs or flour for breading, and I dusted about 1 teaspoon on top of a pot roast before cooking.

I always prepare this recipe. The rice tastes great, but I use 1 tablespoon of herb mix to every 1 cup of uncooked rice.Thank You!
